Seb's Brassard thing

This is something random I've been toying around with for a while here and there while waiting on things during other projects. It's for my little brother, Sebastian. We played runescape. He loved Verac's Brassard. He wanted something of his own that was something like that, so I made it a reality. now I'll bash his non-orc brains in once I get my orc suit made. FUN!
